Deutsche Bank'​s DWS Scudder is undergoing a reorganization of its money fund lineup, merging old into new funds, liquidating, and changes fees and policies. Filings say the funds are moving towards a master-​feeder fund structure. MD Joe Sarbinowski tells us, "Deutsche had acquired a lot of asset management companies ... and the boards wanted to create opportunities to lower costs for clients by creating larger funds".
