​ HSBC Investments has appointed Richard Bottomley Head of Pan European Liquidity Distribution. Bottomly will report to HSBC Investments Global Head of Liquidity Peter Knight and will "aim to promote HSBC'​s full range of intelligent investment solutions to organisations wanting to make their cash reserves work harder," according to a press release.
