Commissioner Paredes has been an advocate for the business community during his tenure at the SEC and we are delighted to host him for a discussion on the state of SEC'​s regulatory agenda. In a moderated conversation with David Hirschmann, Paredes will address topics such as Money Market Funds, Fiduciary standards for investment advisors and broker dealers, the Volcker Rule, Conflict Minerals, and SEC Reform among others."
