The comments through July 12 are all brief and inconsequential, and include a handful of supportive, and a couple opposing, statements, as well as some nonsensical rantings from individuals. Serious commenters have yet to post (through July 12), and most of the important postings will occur just prior to the Sept. 8 deadline.
