Fidelity Investments has promoted Mark Flaherty "​to the newly created business management position of Fixed Income Chief Investment Officer, U.​K." says a press release. Fidelity and its subsidiary, Pyramis, "​continue to expand their global fixed income capabilities" says the statement.
