MutualFundWire.com reports that Vanguard has rotated some of its municipal money fund managers. Kathryn Allen, who manages the $8.4 billion Vanguard CA Tax Exempt MMF, the $5.2 billion Vanguard NY Tax Exempt MMF, and the $4.1 billion Vanguard PA Tax Exempt MMF, replaced Marlin Brown as manager of $3.4 billion Vanguard NJ Tax Exempt MMF. Pamela Tynan, who manages the $22 billion Vanguard Tax Exempt MMF, replaces Brown managing the $1.1 billion Vanguard OH Tax-Exempt MMF.

Pam Noble is now a Portfolio Manager of Fixed Income at Dimensional Fund Advisors in San Antonio, Texas.

Michael Markowitz is no with UBS Global Asset Management and no longer runs UBS Select Prime Money Market and other UBS money funds. Senior Portfolio Manager Rob Sabatino is now overseeing the money market team and James Law is overseeing the enhanced cash and short-duration team.

Kevin McKenna and Mike Walsh are now at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Both are Merrill Lynch Investment Management veterans. Walsh was most recently at Oppenheimer Funds, and McKenna is the global head of short-duration products.

Jack Winters and Tim Donovan are leaving Credit Suisse Asset Management. Also, Randy Royther is leaving Columbia Management.

Kevin Bannerton has been promoted to Head of Institutional Liquidity Management Distribution - Americas in Deutsche Bank's Asset Management Division and Paul Dubanowitz, CPA, has joined as an institutional salesperson for the northeast. Paul was formerly a VP of Corporate Finance for the Stride Rite Corporation.

Donald Cooley started this week as a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors, selling their money market funds to corporate clients.
