Craig Weisenberger, who was formerly with Columbia Management, has accepted a position with ICMA-​RC in Washington, DC, as a fixed income fund manager.

Robin Hudson has resigned from Victory Capital Management, manager of Victory Prime Obligations. Hudson had been with Victory since 1981 and was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director.

Ianthe Zabel has joined the Investment Company Institute (​ICI) as Senior Director, Media Relations. She comes from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
