Adam Sadiq is now Partner & Co-Head of Liquidity Solutions at Mint Partners, a division of BGC Partners. Sadiq was formerly with SSgA in London.

Stephen Keen, formerly with Reed Smith, is now a Senior Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP.

RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) hired John C. Donohue as Managing Director and Head of Liquidity Management. Donohue was previously with Eaton Vance, Dwight Asset Management and Lehman Brothers Asset Management-Neuberger Berman.

The Securities & Exchange Commission named David Grim Acting Director of the Division of Investment Management, replacing Norm Champ who retired in January.

James Morris retired from Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ.

Allen Hoppe and Mercy Ndungu are leaving the Minneapolis-based Metropolitan Council, and moving to SBI and Washington's Metro (WMATA), respectively. Jim Chang remains a Treasury Analyst there, but the Council is seeking an Analyst and Senior Manager.

John Donohue, the current head of Global Liquidity Management, was also named CEO of Investment Management Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, effective Feb. 1, reports Pensions & Investments. Donohue will remain head of liquidity management and replaces Catherine Keating, who left to be CEO of Commonfund.
