American Century Investments has promoted Senior Fixed Income Trader Le Tran to Portfolio Manager. Tran will co-​manage the American Century Tax-​Free Money Market and American Century CA T-​F MMF funds.

Michael Rice is no longer with Matrix Financial Solutions, now a unit of Broadridge. No word yet on whether this means the company will be exiting the money fund "​portal" space.

Eaton Vance hired ex-Dwight Asset Mgmt. and Lehman alums John Donohue, Bob Swidey, Timothy Robey, Jeffrey Boutin, and Kevin Zimmerman to launch a new Institutional Cash Management Services Business.
